The range of services we offer are summarised below:
- Day to day management of the property, including supervision and recruitment of on – site staff.
- Organising routine repairs and maintenance, using a pool of reliable contractors, and other specialists when needed.
- Calculating and preparing service charge budgets, issuing demands and collecting service charge payments, including pursuit of arrears.
- Collecting ground rents.
- Preparation of end of year accounts.
- Organising the preparation of specifications of major works programmes, including liaising with outside surveyors where necessary, and supervision (at separate cost) of major works programmes.
- Dealing with leasehold queries.
- Reporting to clients by letter, telephone and e-mail, and also attending meetings on a regular basis where this is required.
- At separate cost, Fifield Glyn will also seek new investment opportunities, identifying individual properties or portfolios for new or existing clients.
- Arrange and maintain insurance for the properties under management, dealing with any claims that might arise.
