John G Fifield FRICS
 Born 1946 - Chairman of Fifield Glyn Ltd and based in the Cheshire Office. John commenced practice in 1965 with Buckell & Ballard in Oxford, moving to Dunlop Heywood & Co in Manchester in 1968, prior to commencing the Practice in 1975. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1979.
John specialises in Valuation, Landlord & Tenant, Compulsory Purchase, Planning and Development work (including acting as an Expert Witness). He has over 40 years agency experience with retail and business space throughout England and Wales.
John is a Past Chairman of the Greater Manchester Branch and Junior Organisation of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a former member of the RICS Management Board, RICS Commercial Property Committee, RICS General Practice Divisional Council and past Chairman of the RICS Small Firms Panel. He is also a past President of the Manchester Society of Land Agents and Surveyors.
John is a regular appointee of the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as an Arbitrator/Independent Expert, particularly in relation to disputes on commercial property including rent reviews, lease renewals, service charges and development agreements.

Rod Welfare BSc MRICS ACIArb
 Born 1955 a Director of Fifield Glyn Ltd. Rod started his career in 1977 as an office agency surveyor with Elliott Son & Boyton and joined Fifield Glyn in London in 1980, becoming a partner in 1989.
Rod is responsible for the London Office and specialises in Landlord & Tenant matters, including acting as an Expert Witness. He regularly carries out work in the Channel Islands.
Rod acts as an external property manager for Old Mutual International Services Ltd, Morgan Stanley Quilter, Eurodis Electron Plc and Blick Plc.
He is a past member of the RICS Central London General Practice Committee.

Richard N D Smith BSc (Hons) MRICS
 Born 1966 - a Director and Company Secretary of Fifield Glyn Ltd. Richard joined the firm in 1988 as a Graduate from Sheffield University. He was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1993.
He is responsible for Occupational Agency, Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals, Valuation and Rating work on behalf of various clients throughout England and North Wales.

Edward G Fifield BSc MRICS
 Born 1972 - a Director of Fifield Glyn Ltd. Edward commenced practice in 1995 with King Sturge & Co. after graduating from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. He was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1997. Edward is also a member of the RICS Dilapidations Forum.
In 1997 Edward joined Fifield Glyn Ltd where he is responsible for Property Management throughout England and Wales. Edward is also responsible for advising Landlords and Tenants on dilapidations matters, project management and Schedules of Condition.

Charles G Fifield BSc (Hons) FRICS
 Born 1973 – a Director of Fifield Glyn Ltd. Charles commenced practice with Fifield Glyn in 1995, having gained a degree from the University of Reading at The Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. He was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1998 and elected a Fellow of the RICS in 2009.
Charles specialises in Occupational Agency, Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals, Valuation, Rating and Landlord & Tenant matters on behalf of various clients throughout England and Wales.
Charles was National Chairman of RICS matrics in 2007/8 and Hon Secretary 2002/5, Chairman of RICS Greater Manchester Junior Organisation (now RICS matrics) in 2002/3. He was a member of RICS International Governing Council 2006/8, RICS Strategy & Resources Board 2008, RICS Council of England 2005/6 and a LionHeart Trustee 2006/7.
He was elected a Member of the Chartered Surveyors (1938) Club in 2004, the 1913 Wilderness Club in 2008 and the Manchester Society of Land Agents & Surveyors in 2009.

Clive P Willoughby FNAEA MRPAS
 Born 1940 - a consultant with Fifield Glyn since merging Clive Willoughby & Associates (established 1986) with Fifield Glyn Ltd in December 2005.
Clive became a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1986 and is also a member of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society. He has worked in both London and France (he speaks fluent French) and has previously worked for Donaldsons, Weatheralls, Savills and John German.
Clive predominantly deals with lettings, sales, acquisitions, rent reviews and lease renewals of Retail/Restaurant properties in Mayfair and the West End.

Stephen Jones BSc FRICS
 Born 1955 - a Consultant to Fifield Glyn Ltd. Steve commenced practice in 1976 with Beavan Maples & Co., Chartered Surveyors of Liverpool. In January 1979, he joined C.B. Corden & Co., Chartered Surveyors of Liverpool, where he completed his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1996.
Between 1980 and 1988, Steve was employed by English Partnerships, the Government owned Development Agency, where he worked as a Development Surveyor and Letting Executive. Between 1988 and 1990, Steve was Head of Investment Department at Dunlop Heywood & Co, Chartered Surveyors, of Manchester. In 1990, he joined Fifield Glyn Ltd., where he is responsible for Investment Agency and Valuation throughout England and Wales.

Alastair Gibson FRICS
 Is a Consultant with Fifield Glyn since merging Alastair Gibson Chartered Surveyors in May 2006.
He qualified in 1967, setting up his own practice in Manchester in 1968 and moving the practice to Altrincham in 1975.

Phil H Cooke FRICS
 Born 1952 - a Consultant to Fifield Glyn Ltd. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor. Phil is also an Affiliate Member of the British Council of Shopping Centres and The International Council of Shopping Centres.
Phil commenced practise in 1974 with Town & City Properties in Manchester. After Town and City merged with P&O in 1985,Phil became Deputy Managing Director for P&O Shopping Centres Ltd gaining extensive retail experience in the UK, Europe and North America.
From 1999 to 2004 Phil was Senior Director at Hiller Parker (and latterly at CB Richard Ellis) responsible for International Retail Agency and development throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
In 2004 Phil formed his own international Consultancy specialising in all aspects of retail work throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East. During this period he worked extensively for clients such as Miller Developments and McArthur Glen Developments in the UK and Europe, SFS VentureOne Investment Fund (Cyprus), DEOL Partners (Ukraine), Horizon Developments (Lebanon) and Al Jal Real Estate (Kuwait).
Phil specialises in retail agency, development and investment work throughout the UK and Overseas.

Rebecca L Fifield MRICS
 Born 1970 - a Consultant to Fifield Glyn Ltd. Rebecca has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (elected 16.08.99)(Residential Survey & Valuation Option) following graduation from the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester.
Rebecca has been in practice for 12 years, specialising in high value residential estate agency and other associated work including residential Energy Performance Asessment. Rebecca started her career working with Barnard Marcus in London in 1994, quickly becoming a senior negotiator, before moving to Martin Elliott in Stow-on-the-Wold. In 1997 Rebecca moved to Jackson-Stops & Staff in Chester and remained there until 2000.
Rebecca also set up her own firm called Property Insight Ltd which covers all aspects of residential property advice throughout England and North Wales.
Between 2002 until 2008 Rebecca worked further for Jackson-Stops & Staff in Wilmslow, where she gained further experience in high value residential properties. Rebecca is a part time Consultant to Fifield Glyn Ltd offering the firm advice on residential property.

Barry Smith BA (Hons) Econ MRICS
 Barry is a Consultant to Fifield Glyn Ltd. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 having obtained an honours degree in economics from the University of Essex.
Barry previously worked for Richard Lionel & Pts. in the West End of London before moving to Gooch & Wagstaff in the city where he specialised in Landlord & Tenant work. Barry subsequently set up a consultancy practice in 1992 initially operating from the Historic Dockyard in Chatham, acting for a number of companies throughout the UK.
Barry specialises in all Landlord & Tenant matters including arbitration work particularly in relation to Trade Counter work.

 Jeff is a Consultant to Fifield Glyn Ltd and is an experienced, business and client/tenant focussed property and development advisor, who demonstrates strategic and operational professional expertise.
Jeff's career includes Grosvenor Square Properties Development PLC (April 1984 - May 1995, JC Property Services (June 1995-May 2002) Ockway Estates Ltd (May 2002 - June 2004) Maidstone Capital LLP (June 2004 to date), Salisbury Capital LLP (June 2004 to date) and Lancaster Properties & Developments Ltd (June 2004 to date).

 Born 1980 - graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in May 2005 with a Tourism Management degree and started her marketing career at ITC Classics tour operator in Chester. Victoria joined Fifield Glyn in November 2006 as their Marketing Manager.
Victoria is responsible for the firm's Marketing and responding to all property related enquiries, web site management and the organisation and PR activity for Fifield Glyn's London and Cheshire offices.
